Starling

My story

Hi, my name is Starling and I was found in the St. James, Missouri area when I was only one day old. I was entangled with my three siblings by our umbilical cords so tightly our mama was unable to nurse us. Luckily a nice lady found us and took us to a rescue where we were fostered as bottle babies. I got to stay with my siblings and we all love lots of attention from people.  Unfortunately, my back left foot was so constricted by the umbilical cord that I lost part of it, but this does not slow me down one bit.  I love to run and jump while I play, especially with my brother, Swift who loves to play as much as I do. I love teaser toys, especially when you drag them along the floor like a mouse.  I also love to chase balls and  wrestle with my siblings. I would love to be adopted with one of my siblings, especially my brother as we are the best playmates and I know we would be so happy together. I am a confident kitten looking for a fun and loving family that will play with me and let me cuddle and purr in their laps for many hours.  I have been introduced to several people and like them all.  I also have met a couple of dogs and they are OK, I am not afraid of them I am just getting to know them better.  I hope you will come to meet me and my "black bird" litter mates to see if you are a good fit for me.August 10, 2025, 6:33 am
