Meet Chip. He is a 2 year old social and friendly Chihuahua that is looking for a home and family to call his own. Chip loves walks and snuggles and is a true gentleman. He comes to ARF from Arizona with help from the Irving and Phyllis Millstein Foundation. Come meet Chip see all his charm for yourself.
