My story

Dolly is a sweet, timid, and affectionate young girl, estimated to be between 6 months and 1 year old. She appears to be a Catahoula x Cattle Dog mix, and though she was found as a stray with an unknown past, her gentle nature shines through. Dolly is a very submissive pup who absolutely loves attention—she’ll happily grovel at your feet and soak up every bit of affection you offer. She is still a little under-socialized, which means new people, places, and experiences can make her nervous at first. But with patience and understanding, Dolly begins to relax and show her playful, loving side. This sensitive girl thrives with calm guidance and reassurance. She will do best in a home that allows her time to adapt at her own pace, giving her the opportunity to build confidence and learn foundational life skills. Dolly is eager to learn, and with a steady hand, she could grow into a confident, loyal, and devoted companion.
