My story
Mateo (born around July of 2017) is a senior chihuahua mix who came to Safe Haven after being picked up as a stray by the municipal shelter. He is very friendly and affectionate with everyone he meets and gets along well with other small dogs. He loves to go for walks on the trail with our volunteers, sniff everything he comes across, and cuddle up in a nice lap. Mateo is looking for a forever home who will provide him with safety, security, and unlimited love and kisses during his golden years.
