My story

Meet Savage aka Ellie. Ellie is a 5 yr old miniature schnauzer who was rescued from a puppy mill environment . She was transported from the shelter in Georgia recently and is adjusting to life in the city. Ellie is good with other dogs, potty trained on wee wee pads, and crate trained. Her favorites are farmer’s dog , boiled chicken, and cheese. She’s loving and playful, but shy at first. Ellie is afraid of loud noises, sudden movements, and not a fan of being handled. She does however enjoy gentle head scratches and belly rubs. Ellie would thrive in a quiet home with patient parents who can provide her with a safe environment and lots of TLC. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
