My story

Woof woof! I’m Carl! 🐾 I’m an adorable 2-year-old Shih Tzu boy searching for my forever family! I’m currently 13 lbs of pure fluff, and shih tzu muscle LOL - and trust me, I LOVE food! 🍖 I’ll do just about anything for a treat (seriously, try me!). I get along great with other dogs and I’m good with kids! I haven’t been around cats lately, but I’m pretty adaptable. I have good house manners —I know to go outside and use pee pads when needed — but I need my forever human to continue working with me. I’m fully crate-trained and love sleeping in my cozy crate at night! I’m excellent on leash walks and sit like a perfect gentleman in my car seat during rides 🚗. I absolutely LOVE toys and could play all day! You should see me running around the yard - I’m so silly and playful! 🧸⚽ The best part? My adorable underbite makes me look like I’m always smiling (because I totally am)! 😊 I’m incredibly affectionate and would love nothing more than to cuddle up with you. I’m super smart too - I picked up on my foster family’s routine with their other dogs so quickly! I’m ready to shower my new family with love and bring endless joy to your home.
