My story

Hi, I’m Artemis! I’m a Boston Terrier girl with a big heart, a bouncy spirit, and a whole lot of love to give. At almost 2 years old and 23 pounds, I’m the perfect size for snuggles on the couch and zoomies in the yard. I’m still very much a puppy at heart—curious, playful, and always ready for my next adventure. I adore my people and just want to be loved. Whether it’s playing with toys, romping around with other dogs, or hanging out with kids, I’m happiest when I’m part of the action. I’ve got energy to spare, so a fenced yard where I can run and play would be a dream come true! I’m learning new things every day—like how to go potty outside and how to walk nicely on a leash. I’m crate trained and ride well in the car, so I’m already off to a great start. But I’ll be honest: I still need a lot of training. I’m looking for someone patient, kind, and committed to helping me grow into the best version of myself. If you’re home often and have time to guide me, I’ll be your loyal little shadow. Toys? I love them. Walks? Yes, please. Treats? Don’t even get me started. I’m bursting with potential and puppy charm—I just need the right person to help me shine. My adoption fee is $425. This will allow you to get on our list of approved homes so you can immediately adopt a Boston Terrier when it becomes available through Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted. Please consider becoming a foster home for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. You can fill out a foster application at www.texasbostons.com. Click on the Rescue tab and then on the Foster Program tab. Here you will find our requirements for becoming a foster parent along with a link for an online foster application.
