My story

Zippaw is an 11.5 year old and 10 lb Pomeranian with a sweet and gentle spirit. This girl adorable senior was first adopted from Shelter Hope over a decade ago. She was blessed with a wonderful forever family who gave her many years of love and devoted care. Sadly, just last month, Zippaw’s world changed when her beloved owner passed away unexpectedly and she found herself back with us, hoping for another forever family to love her just as deeply. Zippaw is still adjusting to life away from the only home she’s ever known. She loves to relax in a cozy bed, snuggle close to her person, and enjoy soft, gentle pets. She gets along well with other dogs and thrives in a calm, loving environment where she can feel safe, cherished, and truly part of a family again. Adoptions can happen quickly so be prepared for our call, only apply for dogs that every family member in the home wants, and wait to apply until you return from your vacation. Please Keep in Mind: Due to high demand, especially for popular dogs, not all applicants will be contacted. Moreover, we may not reach out if we have already approved a family to adopt.
