My story

Kennedy is a gorgeous 5 year old Siberian husky mix who was found as a stray on 8/2/25. She’s noted to be sweet and playful, sits when asked and takes treats gently. She’s up to date on her vaccinations, heartworm negative and will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Come meet her in kennel 810, her ID is 12449. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
