My story
Phoebe is 4.5 months old and weighs 6 lbs. She’s very playful and outgoing, friendly with people, social with other dogs, and good around cats. Phoebe was relinquished to BAS by her owner. When we took her in she was only 5 weeks old and sick, but with a lot of TLC (and vet care) she’s thriving and ready to find her forever home.
