Though the worm itself was no longer residing in the cavity, it had become infected and pretty gnarly looking. He was also a bit malnourished and pretty tiny for his age. Just on the edge of being bottle baby versus weanling, he took straight to meat and combined with wound care and antibiotics he started to catch up to where he needed to be. Tomato is a very bright and active little guy - he is outgoing, fearless, and incredibly playful.  We LOVE seeing our babies adopted in pairs… having a familiar sibling/buddy helps ease their transition to a new home, and gives them a constant companion for life.  For more great reasons to adopt a pair, visit http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens.
