People, dogs, toys, food, treats—Dale is here for it all. With his friendly temperament and playful spirit, he’s always ready to make new friends and dive into fun. This energetic boy can run and play all day, making him a great jogging partner or playmate for an active family. But don’t worry—he’s also skilled at keeping himself entertained with toys or a bully stick while you’re busy teleworking. At night, Dale is a champ in his crate, sleeping soundly without a peep. Dale is still perfecting his household manners (he thinks shoes are toys, who can blame him?), but he’s a quick learner and eager to please. True to his beagle nature, he follows his nose wherever it leads, so some redirection and training will help keep him focused. He does well with cat-savvy kitties that don’t run from him, too. Overall, Dale is a very good boy who’s ready to thrive with an active family that can keep up with his zest for life and shower him with love. What One of Our Volunteers Said About Their Day Out with Dale:  I walked Dale this afternoon and he was great! We took him on a car ride and he enjoyed our backyard and a little walk in the neighborhood. He was interested in everything but easy to redirect on the leash. He was so eager to be friends with our neighbor's dog and clearly wanted to play with him. He’ll be a great dog for any family! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
