Lacey

My story

Hello, my name is Lacey. My sister and I are named after a TV show about two female detectives named Cagney and Lacey. There were four of us, but our two brothers found homes. Our mom was very young but had been fed and taken care of by a nice lady since she was a young kitten. When we were born the nice lady made sure our mom took care of us and when we were a little older, she moved us into her home and contacted a rescue. My sister and I went to a foster home, where we played with toys, climbed kitty condos, and were introduced to scratching posts. Oh, what fun we had. I love all toys, balls, wands, laser lights. My sister and I love to chase each other and see who can get to a toy first. I love to run to my foster mom when she walks into the room. One of my favorite things is to lick the spoon she uses when she feeds us. I also love to climb up on my foster mom and look at her and sometimes I lay next to her for pets while I make biscuits. I would love to get adopted with my sister, Cagney. If that isn’t possible, I will do great in a home with other cats, cat-friendly dogs, and children after a slow and proper introduction. I’m spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all my vaccinations. I will be ready for adoption on August 23rd.
