Meet Smitty—a gentle soul who’s still finding his courage in the big, busy world. Sweet but very shy, he feels most secure tucked away in his cozy cubby, watching from a safe distance until he’s ready to say hello. With time, patience, and a calm environment, Smitty begins to trust and will accept gentle pets, showing glimpses of the affectionate cat he truly is. He’s looking for a quiet home with someone who understands that love can’t be rushed, but is always worth the wait. Given the chance to adjust at his own pace, Smitty will reward you with a bond that’s both special and deeply heartfelt.
