She is a bit shy and nervous but loves to cuddle with people if they sit down, she will be in your lap Avalon is a 5/6 year-old spayed border collie mix weighing 45 lbs, and she’s as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. With her fluffy ears, soulful eyes, and gentle demeanor, Avalon has quickly become a staff favorite—and it’s easy to see why. This sweet girl arrived as an unclaimed stray, but she hasn’t let her past dim her warm, loving spirit. Avalon adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and even shares her toys with grace. She’s submissive, well-behaved, and has a calm, lower medium energy level that makes her a joy to be around. Avalon is food motivated, knows her basic obedience, and walks beautifully on a leash—ready to head out on any adventure or simply lounge on the couch with her favorite people. She’s a social butterfly who makes friends with everyone she meets, always offering a wagging tail and a gentle nuzzle.
