My story

Hi! I'm Sushi! I'm an approximately 3 month old, male, Domestic Short haired, black and white kitten. I was surrendered by my finder on 08/11/2025 with hopes of finding my furr ever home. I am a sweet guy who loves to play! I am currently being treated for ringworm and will be on medication for the next 30 days. Ringworm is highly contagious to all walks of life. It is recommended that I be kept in an easily sterilized environment if I am adopted during treatment. If I am adopted during my treatment, I will be sent home with the remainder of my medication. I am scheduled to return to the shelter on Wednesday, August 20th for my neuter. This is a non-negotiable so plan accordingly! My adoption fee is $75 and that includes my neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, 1st FVRCP, and 1st dewormer. Since I am so young, meet and greets will be by approved application only. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
