My story

How this pet arrived: Taylor was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement. Why Taylor might be the one for you: Taylor is an elegant all black cat, even his whiskers are black. Elegant and handsome, that's Taylor. Taylor is adjusting to our shelter life but he hopes that he will soon be someone's much loved house cat. With our volunteers, he starts off slowly, sometimes with a little hiss to show us that he is the boss. But, with a slow go approach, baby talk and soft blinks, Taylor melts and comes forward for attention and affection. He really likes head rubs. If the head rubs are accompanied by Churu treats, he is even more happy. He is a curious guy and after the warmup of head rubs and treats,he will be at the front door and curious about all the goings on in the hallway. When Taylor relaxes, which is becoming most of the time, he is a sweet, friendly and social guy. As with most cats, Taylor will appreciate a quiet home with people who will give him time to check out his new digs and people. Once he has done that, he will be right there with his new family member ready to love and be loved.
