Sven M, 3.5 years Looking for a furry BFF for your resident cat? Sven is applying! This guy is a sweet, gentle soul who absolutely adores other cats. He’s a true “cat’s cat” – always following his feline friends around, chatting away with the cutest little trills, and soaking up all the kitty companionship he can get.While Sven is still a little shy around humans, he’s making slow but steady progress. What he needs most is an experienced, patient, and understanding adopter who’s willing to let him open up at his own pace.  A confident, friendly resident cat is a must—Sven looks to another cat for reassurance and guidance, and they help him see that humans might not be so scary after all (especially the ones who come bearing freeze-dried chicken hearts!). He can get overwhelmed with multiple cats; but having one kitty friend is ideal for him to be his best self. Older kids and dogs who mostly ignore him wouls be ideal.  Sven is neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
