Looking for a pup that's a little quirky, playful, and sweet? Look on further than Elsie! She's been in foster care for over 2 years and is looking for a place to call her forever home. She would love a soft bed, air conditioning, and A LOT of belly rubs. Oh.. and don't forget all the snacks and food! Those are definitely important because food is LIFE for this girl and her sister Elly.
