Please call the store at 970-223-9020 to verify my availability. I look forward to seeing you soon! Hello! My name is PepperJack, and I’m a sweet boy who loved attention. I had a rough start in my young life—I was found in a drain pipe in Greeley, CO, scared and shy. But after a couple of weeks in a foster home, I learned to trust and love humans. Instead of hiding, I began running to greet my foster mom with happy meows and purring the moment I was petted or picked up. I loved curling up in her lap, chasing toys that rolled across the floor, and sharpening my claws on a scratching post. I was also fully litter box trained. In my foster home, I lived around other cats and large dogs. I saw the cats through a baby gate and, while cautious, I was curious—so with a proper introduction, I’d likely do well with feline friends. I hadn’t met the dogs face to face, but their barking didn’t bother me, so I’d probably be fine with canine companions given a slow introduction. I hadn’t been around small children, but I was handled often, so I think I could have adjusted well to little human siblings who know how to be gentle. I’m ready for a new chapter and would love to be part of a family who will give me the love I’ve learned to trust.
