My story

Hi there, I’m Fred – your future best friend and all-around happy-go-lucky hound! I’m just over a year old, weigh in at a fit 59 pounds, and I’ve got ears big enough to hear you open a snack from three rooms away. Life started off a little rough for me – I came in as a stray – but I’ve been making the most of it here. The nice folks say I’m up to date on all my vaccines, heartworm negative, and neutered, which basically means I’m healthy, ready to roll, and totally prepared to join your family. I’m a certified Playgroup Star, which is just a fancy way of saying I’m awesome with other dogs and love making new friends. I even passed my kid test with flying colors – I met some cool human pups aged 10 and 12 and thought they were great. I’m a lovable goofball who lives for belly rubs, sniffing adventures, and romping in the grass. Cats, though… well, I don’t *get* them. I don’t want to hurt them – I just get so confused I might cry a little. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving boy with a heart as big as his ears, I’m your guy. Let’s make memories, share snacks, and go on as many walks as we can. Come meet me – I’ll be the one wagging so hard my whole body wiggles! Fred's adoption fee is $275.
