Meet Skeeter – The Shy Guy with a Big Heart ??Skeeter is a sweet, two-year-old boy who’s potty-trained and looking for a quiet, loving home. He’s an extremely timid soul when it comes to people and new experiences—but there’s one thing that makes his tail wag and his personality shine: other dogs! Around canine friends, Skeeter transforms into a happy, wiggly, playful pup. Because of this, he must go to a home with another dog (or you can adopt two dogs if your heart and home have room).Skeeter is currently working hard on building his confidence and learning new skills. He’s already mastered the “touch” command, where he comes over and gently boops your hand for a treat. With patience, love, and a gentle approach, he’s sure to blossom into the wonderful companion we know he can be.Since the main shelter was too noisy and overwhelming for him, Skeeter is staying at our Ravenel location.
