My story

Hardworking Cat: The following animal has been selected for our Hard-working Cats Program. This means the animal has special behavioral or temperament considerations that may make it difficult for this animal to adapt to a traditional home/apartment/condominium environment. This animal was chosen for the program for the following reasons: This cat is an unsocial, essentially feral cat that came from a hoarding situation and cannot be released outside with no caretaker. Hard-working cats can make great additions to barns, warehouses, workshops, outbuildings, and other indoor/outdoor style environments. They enjoy a level freedom and independence that other cats may not require but can bring the benefit of chemical free pest control and successfully deter other unwanted animal guests from your property. Information will be provided at adoption to help your animal acclimate to his/her new home. This animal’s adopter agrees to provide fresh food and water daily, appropriate medical care, and 24-hour access to safe, warm shelter.
