My story

Adoption Day: August 30th at PetSmart Tysons Corner from 10:00–11:00 AM, an approved adopter must be present to adopt. Some pups may stick around until 11:00 AM for the public event—check our Facebook page closer to the date to see if this pup will be attending the extra fun! Seahorse is the kind of dog who makes you wonder how you ever lived without her — mellow, sweet, and so in tune with her people that she feels like an instant best friend. House trained and incredibly smart, she already knows “stay,” “sit,” and “lay down,” and she responds beautifully to direction. She’s not a high-energy pup and doesn’t need endless playtime — in fact, she’s not quite sure what toys are for. What she does know is how to be the ultimate companion, happy to spend her day right next to you soaking up attention. If you work from home, she’ll be your quiet little office mate, curled up by your side and reminding you to take the occasional break… for belly rubs, of course. She greets her favorite people with a full-body tail wag and a smile that lights up the room, and yes — she plays favorites. If you’re “her person,” you’ll know it. When you’re away, she’s perfectly content to snooze on the couch (often accompanied by her adorable, soft snores). In the backyard, Seahorse enjoys exploring at her own pace, taking time to sniff and investigate every detail - with the occasional break to chase bunnies-before heading back in for a long cuddle or quick snooze. Gentle, well-mannered, and endlessly affectionate, she’s perfect for someone looking for a smart, well-behaved dog who will fill their life with warmth and love. ##2482646##
