My story

Hello World, meet our little Siamese girl, Misty! Misty is one of four Ocean-themed kittens who came to AAC after they were dumped at a local upscale Hilton Head Plantation. They had no other options and no one wanted them, so our hearts went out to these scared and lost babies. Misty is technically a lynx-point Siamese, but Adopt-a-Pet did not give us that option. She is a gorgeous, calm, soulful kitten, but she is still working hard to trust people. She loves watching her brothers Compass and Anchor play and zing around the room; and seems to be taking note of the love they are receiving. She does have a curious and playful side too that is slowly emerging. She is ever so grateful to be off the streets (and out of those horrendous storms we have had) and is decompressing and finder her way. It is almost like she is asking permission to be a kitten. We know there are a lot of Siamese lovers out there, so we thought we would see if there is an experienced, patient adopter who would be willing to give this sweet, shy girl a second shot at life. We can see amazing potential in her; and we know the right person or family will also. She has never shown any aggression, just is very shy. She is estimated at 6 months old, is fully vetted and ready to set out on her new life.
