The foster says that Harvey is Grounded, Gentle Window Watcher and Snuggle Bug. Harvey is a calm , soulful little guy who loves lounging in the sun, birdwatching from the window, and dipping his paws in the water bowl just to see what happens. He enjoys perching on things to quietly observe and often comes up for pets and snuggles - a true cuddle-seeker at heart. Emotionally attuned and deeply bonded with his siblings Maddie, Teddy and Lucy and has a soft spot for Lucy. Harvey thrives in a peaceful, affectionate home where he can both lounge and get lots of love.
