If you see a pet here, they are still available for adoption and you should apply through our adoption application on our website at  https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/   Iris is a 3 1/2 month old sweetheart.  She is very affectionate and playful.  Gets along well with other cats and ready to play at all times. Belly rubs are the best and purring is her specialty.  She would love to have a companion cat or be adopted perhaps with one of the fellow fosters in her home (Leonardo, Frida,Georgia, Pop, Emma, Jackson).  Come meet them all - they are all wonderful kittens. We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Iris would do well with a friend, including:    - Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you!    - Having two kittens to play with each other prevents potential "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues.    - Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see.    - The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people.    - You'll save two lives instead of one! Iris is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations,  spayed , and litter box trained. Iris' adoption fee is $165.
