Meet Our Teddy Bear With a Goofy Twist! This three-year-old, 30-pound sweetheart joined the Freedom Squad along with 11 other dogs released from a breeder, and he has been showing us from day one that he’s brave, curious, and full of heart. While many of his buddies were nervous to step out of their crates, this guy was the first to bounce out, tail wagging, ready to see what freedom was all about. He’s got a zest for life, whether it’s starting his day with enthusiasm or winding down with some evening cuddles. In the short time he’s been with us, he’s already handled a lot: transport from SoCal to AZ, neuter surgery, and moving into a foster home. Despite all those changes, he’s proving to be a lover at heart—sometimes timid, but always eager to learn and grow. He thrives on structure and consistency, so a home that can offer him a routine will help him shine. Personality traits: He loves playing with other dogs, but he’s also learning that he doesn’t need to be “the man in charge” anymore—life isn’t about competition now with the ladies, it’s about companionship. With the guidance of his foster family, he’s been mastering manners, soaking up praise, and discovering what it’s like to just be a beloved dog. His goofy side comes out in his yard adventures—sniffing every inch, marking his territory, and investigating a few butts along the way (because…Frenchie). He’s also shown that he’s respectful when introduced to other dogs, especially the more submissive ones, and he’s quick to accept redirection if he gets a little too bold. Health/medical: Like most Frenchie’s, he does have a sensitive stomach, and we’re still working on dialing in his diet so his tummy stays happy. His foster mom is determined to get him balanced, and with a little time, we know he’ll be on track. He was neutered within days and had an overall check, and he is pretty healthy guy considering his background, once again our vet was kinda shocked. This 30-pound teddy bear is the perfect blend of cuddle bug and silly goose, and we know the right family will fall head over heels for him. He’s learning to trust, learning to play, and learning what it means to be a cherished family member—he’s ready for his forever. Muse is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped his adoption donation fee is $1150.00. You can apply for him at freedomfrenchierescue.org. This is all we know about him so far we will update when we learn more about him.
