Mimzy (bonded w/ Igby)

My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Cat Holding 1:17Meet Mimzy & Igby, sweet siblings looking for a loving forever home together. Snowshoe girl Mimzy is the life of the party, running up to greet you and eager to tell you all about her day. She turns on her purr motor at first sight, loves to give kisses, and will happily curl up on your lap for cuddles and nap time. Gray tabby boy Igby is a bit more reserved and independent, but adores his outgoing sister and forgets to be bashful when the toys come out, chasing, leaping, and tackling them with relish. Though he wasn’t too sure about humans when he arrived at the shelter, he learned in foster that people are nice and pets feel good, and will purr softly to show his appreciation. We have no doubt that he’ll continue to blossom under the tutelage of social butterfly Mimzy, and with the help of gentle guardians! Note: Because Mimzy has light-colored fur and is more prone to sunburn, she (and Igby) will need to be indoor-only.August 14, 2025, 3:23 pm
