Name:   Archer         Best Guess for Breed:   Chihuahua mix  Best Guess for Age:  7 years as of August 2025        SEX:  Male   Approximate Weight:  9.5 lbs   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!   Archer is Looking For:  This little cutie landed in the shelter through no fault of his own. He's ready to get out! Archer is a great age. Solidly adult - out of the nutty puppy yips - and has all that wonderful calm energy (small dogs live pretty long!) for sniffy walks and world exploration and all that good stuff. And even more ready for the safety and snuggles that come with being a well-loved dog. He's ready for his new chapter, the one he hopes is his forever. Is that you? What My Foster Says About Me:  We will update this once he has spent time in foster care Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
