Buster

My story

Meet Buster, a young, vibrant dog with a heart full of love. His days are filled with playful antics, gentle cuddles, and curious explorations. He weighs 39 pounds and enjoys toys (chews and ropes), walks, running, chase, wrestling, and water but not car rides. He is leash trained and working on house training so please be patient. If he runs away while off leash, he`ll come back if you call him - maybe. Buster is not only energetic and brave but also incredibly smart and respectful. He loves to learn new tricks, though he does have a playful side that enjoys a good dig in the yard or a chew on his favorite toys. He has also been known to noisily race out the door in search of adventure. He already knows the sit, stay, come, and no commands. Despite his lively spirit, Buster can be calm and affectionate, making him a lovable companion for any family. And he does love his naps! He is gentle with children, making him an ideal playmate as he is easygoing, friendly, and playful with them. With other dogs, he is submissive and polite. In a recent foster home, he showed that he is easygoing and playful with cats. Adopting Buster means gaining a loyal friend who will bring joy and fun into your home. (tw 9/10/2025)
