My story

HAS A CUTE KINKED TAIL THAT HE ALWAYS KEEPS UP AND WAVING  DOB 8/1/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Spooky, a very sweet, friendly, affectionate, and playful solid black fella with a cute kinked tail, which I always keep upright and waving. My silky medium-length hair is a delight to stroke. It’s fine with me when Foster Meowmy pets me because I love to be loved, and she does a great job showering me with her abundant love and affection. Let me explain how that was just what the doctor ordered. You see, when I showed up in Foster Meowmy’s neighborhood when I was about nine months old, I was hungry, scared, and practically bald on my inside back legs, belly, and sides. Foster Meowmy fed me for two weeks before I trusted her enough to grab me and bring me inside. She wasted no time taking me to the vet, who said that my fur was missing because of a flea allergy and/ or stress of the hardscrabble life of a teenage stray who had to fend for himself. So her treating me with abundant love was part of healing my near baldness! And voila, my hair has grown back nicely, and I’m gorgeous again! I’m very grateful to be in the safe haven of my foster home with amenities like gravy wet food, soft beds, and toys. I get along very well with the foster kittens and resident cats, but I plan to keep my distance from the resident dogs until I’ve confirmed that they can be trusted.
