My story

Meet Howy—a friendly, lovable pup who’s ready to find his forever family! Howie is a social butterfly who greets both men and women with a wagging tail and does well with both big and small dogs. He walks nicely on a leash, enjoys playtime in the yard, and thinks his crate is a cozy safe space.Howie is playful and especially enjoys toys (though he does like to pull the stuffing out of them!). At mealtime and treat time he’s gentle and easy, making him a joy to be around. He hasn’t had much exposure to kids or other animals like cats, but his friendly nature suggests he’ll adjust well with a patient introduction.He’s still working on housetraining, so his new family will need to help him learn with consistency and encouragement. What Howie wants most, though, is simple—to be loved.If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate pup who’s eager to please and full of love to give, Howie just might be the one for you.Adoption fee: $50Howy is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee.
