Milo

My story

The summer Milo was adopted was the summer patience turned into trust. Milo is a sweet Labradoodle who came from the Winnebago County hoarding case, and while he’s understandably scared and unsure of his surroundings right now, he’s incredibly friendly and eager to learn that the world can be a safe place. Milo is great at reading other dogs and often takes comfort in their presence, showing a quiet hopefulness that he’ll come out of his shell with the right family. Though Milo’s confidence is still growing, his gentle spirit and willingness to try make him a truly special dog. With time, love, and patience, Milo will blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be. This could be the summer Milo learns what it means to feel safe, loved, and truly at home. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough.
