My story

The summer Jeremiah was adopted was the summer quiet strength found a home. Jeremiah is a gentle Labradoodle who came from the Winnebago County hoarding case, and while he’s a little shy at first, he’s slowly learning that the world can be a kind and safe place. Jeremiah is friendly, gets along well with other dogs, and shows a sweet, calm nature that just needs a patient hand and a loving heart to fully shine. He may not be the loudest in the room, but Jeremiah’s quiet presence is comforting — like a soft breeze on a warm summer day. With time and gentle care, he’s blossoming every day, showing just how much love and loyalty he has to give. This could be the summer Jeremiah finally finds the family who sees him for the wonderful dog he is — and helps him feel truly at home. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough.
