My story

You won't stop smiling once you meet this girl! Henrietta is a chonky, lovable pitbull mix who came to us from Winnebago County where she was found as a stray, and she’s got a personality as big as her wiggles — plus a voice that carries like a hippo in a quiet room (trust us, you’ll hear her joyful bellows from anywhere!). Henrietta demands attention in the most endearing way, and honestly? She deserves it. This sweet, social girl loves everyone she meets — humans, dogs, and probably anyone who might offer her a snack or a snuggle. She’s the kind of dog who brings people together, turns strangers into friends, and fills the house with happy chaos and unconditional love. This could be the summer you bring home the dog who loves louder, cuddles harder, and never lets you forget how lucky you are. Henrietta is ready to be your whole world. All of our dogs are dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and heartworm tested if they are old enough.
