Olive

My story

Hi, my name is Olive. I joined our happy family when I was young, and we had one human baby. We were doing ok, but as the baby got bigger (and more mobile), it got a lot louder. It really started stressing me out. My humans, trying to help me, got me some medicine to help with my anxiety. Our most recent baby, has pretty much put me over the edge. Babies are very demanding of my humans and I get less cuddle time with them. They know that I am very unhappy and want me to have a good life. Now that I am in a much quieter foster home, I have been weaned off of the meds. I am about 2 1/2 years old and look like a Russian Blue but with long gray hair, which is called a Nebelung. Older, cat-respecting kids might be better and I can pretty much take or leave the dog that was in the home. I am not a fan of those barky ones though, as you might guess. There was an older cat in the house and I was ok with it. Maybe if you have a cat, it would be nice for me to have a playmate, especially if you have one of those job things. I am current on vaccines and very good with the litterbox.
