My story

Meet Milo, a 1 year old Belgian Malinois available for adoption at CCHS! Milo is a very sweet boy, he is good with kids, good with other dogs, and loves being active with his human companions. Because of his breed and while not a requirement we strongly believe Milo would do best with someone who has a house with a large yard, patience, an active lifestyle. It is required that Milo's potential forever human is knowledgeable or has experience with high energy breeds. Milo does have his quirks which don't make him any less to love. He is reactive to cars and would need a partner with the ability to tackle that. Milo is a dog packed full of energy and love, after a long day of playing and running he loves scratches. THEN either call the shelter at 217-344-7297 or contact us via email at adoption@cuhumane.org to let us know you have submitted the application and would like for us to begin processing it. Once we have your application all approved, we will schedule a time for you to come in and meet with Milo.
