My story

Meet Amos, a handsome 4-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix with a striking black and white medium-length coat and a sturdy 66-pound frame. Amos is a smart, loyal companion who thrives in a calm, consistent environment. While he can be wary of strangers and may bark when meeting new people — especially behind a barrier — his behavior seems to be more about uncertainty than aggression. Once he builds trust, Amos reveals his affectionate and playful side, forming strong bonds with those he knows. He’ll do best with an experienced adopter who understands dog body language and is willing to give him the time and structure he needs to feel safe. Amos is looking for a home where he can continue to build confidence and be the devoted companion he’s meant to be.The dog adoption fee is $90. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas.Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online.If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.
