Say hello to Don, a 9-month-old Boxer and Cattle Dog mix with a whole lot of personality packed into his 51-pound frame! Like most young pups, Don is still learning his manners and can play a little rough at times—but his heart is always in the right place.Don is very social and friendly, with an outgoing nature that makes him a hit with everyone he meets. He is good with other dogs and kids, and he loves having active friends to romp and play with. His behavior around cats is still unknown. True to his breeds, he is energetic, athletic, and happiest when he has something fun to do.As a young pup, Don will need a family committed to continuing his training, guiding him with patience, and giving him plenty of outlets for his energy. He is in the process of learning his house, crate and leash training skills. With consistency, he is sure to grow into a well-mannered, loyal companion.If you are looking for a playful, affectionate, and energetic pup who is ready to take on the world with you, Don might just be your perfect match!* Please keep in mind when considering adoption, dogs thrive on structure and routine. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
