My story

Wooferella is ready to leave her ruff past behind and start her happily ever after, complete with belly rubs, squeaky toys, and a family to love her forever. This fun-loving 5-month-old, ~35 lb Goldendoodle/Sheepadoodle mix was rescued with her three brothers after a breeder abandoned them at a grooming facility in Santa Ana. The kind staff cared for them throughout July until they made their way to Shelter Hope. When Wooferella arrived, she was shy, malnourished, and suffering from flea dermatitis and worms due to neglect. But thanks to a nurturing foster home, she’s already making a magical transformation. Now vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and spayed, Wooferella is learning what it feels like to be safe, valued, and cared for. She is curious, affectionate, and loves to play with her foster siblings. Her personality is really beginning to shine as she explores her surroundings and builds trust with the people around her. Whether she’s chasing a toy, cuddling up for a nap, or just following you around the house, Wooferella is always ready to be part of the action. She will thrive in a loving, supportive home that can help her continue building confidence and discovering the joy of being a cherished companion. She loves to play, prances for a stuff animal, and can’t wait to be scratched behind her ears. The opportunity for a tummy puts her over the moon! She is definitely the alpha of the liter and bonded with her brothers. ( and my hubby too . She loves the boys!) but she gets along with everyone else too. She needs company. Adoptions can happen quickly so be prepared for our call, only apply for dogs that every family member in the home wants, and wait to apply until you return from your vacation.
