My story

Ready to blossom with a loving family! My name is Azalea and I am as pretty as the flower I am named after. I have a soft brown coat with little bits of white on my paws. I am a really nice medium-sized dog who is looking for loving home where I can comfortably get used to my new surroundings. I can be quite shy when meeting new people, but that's not unusual for a dog like me who is new to shelter life. You just need to go slow with me initially and let me get to know you at my own pace. Rest assured, though -- once you get to know me, you will see me for the sweet little dog that I am. And I will let you in on a little secret -- if you give me hot dogs we will become friends a lot faster! I like going on walks and seem to have pretty good leash manners. So if you are looking for a really sweet little dog, give me a try. You will be glad you did! I am available for adoption from my foster home!
