My story

Bear Beau is his name but don’t let that fool you, this little guy is nothing but a big cuddle bug! Bear is an 11 year old Pomeranian-Shihtzu mix. Bear is what you would refer to as a lap dog, he’ll sit in your lap any chance he gets. He gets along well with other dogs. At this time, he hasn’t had exposure to cats therefore his interaction is unknown. Bear would benefit from a home that is filled with love and patience. We believe that due to potential past events he has some trust issues. He can be inconsistent with pottying outside and would need someone who could be with him outside to help build his confidence. He also can be reactive with grooming, but does get better once he is more comfortable with you. If you are interested in Bear joining your family, please apply at pawpatroldayton.com. Adoption fee is 285 dollars which includes microchipped, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.
