My story
Otis is new here and we are still getting to know him. He came to BARCS at no fault of his own. He was described by his family as being playful and friendly. He is housebroken, and can be crated. He is playful with other dogs, and has lived with young children, from 2 to 10 years old. He enjoys playing with toys and spending time with people.
