I’m intelligent, calm, and full of kindness always willing to share space, food, or play with other dogs, no matter their size. I’ve been described as polite and well-mannered, almost as if I’ve already had some basic training, and I like making people feel at ease. I may take a moment to warm up in brand-new environments, but once I feel secure, my affectionate side shines. With the people I trust, I enjoy being close, leaning in for pets and quietly following along.   My Social Life• With People: I warm up best with a little encouragement, like tasty treats, and then quickly show my affectionate nature. I prefer gentle interactions and would do best with adults or families who understand calm communication.• With Other Dogs: I love the company of other dogs, whether they’re big or small. I’m friendly, respectful, and often find comfort in being part of a doggy group. If another pup tries to stir things up, I simply walk away and keep the peace.• With Cats: I haven’t met cats yet, so I don’t know how I’d feel but I’m open to learning.   On My WalksWalks are exciting adventures for me! I enjoy being outside, and while I can get a bit eager and pull at the leash, I listen well and want to follow my person’s lead. When something unfamiliar surprises me, I may pause and lower myself until I feel reassured, but with gentle guidance I’m ready to move forward again.   Life at HomeI’m happy to go potty outside, and not one to guard food from people or other dogs. Sometimes I use my voice to let you know what I want, and I might greet new visitors with a bark before quickly settling down. Once I know my routine, I’m steady, balanced, and easy to live with.   My Ideal HomeI’d love a home that values both my gentle Labrador nature and my thoughtful, sensitive side. A family or adopter who enjoys the outdoors but also appreciates quiet companionship indoors would be perfect for me. Having another friendly dog in the home would be wonderful too, since I often feel more relaxed with canine company. I may look strong and handsome on the outside, but my heart is soft, loyal, and full of love to give.
