My story

Meet Carrotina! This young polydactyl queen is the definition of a supermom. With her perfectly split orange and white toes and a heart full of love, Carrotina raised her own four kittens and adopted her sister Rhubarbara’s four, raising all eight together in a whirlwind of snuggles, playtime, and purrs. Carrotina and Rhubarbara are an inseparable duo—tag-teaming motherhood like pros and always curled up together when the kittens finally nap. Their bond is something truly special, and it would be a dream come true to see them find a forever home together, surrounded by cozy blankets, loving humans, and all the Churus they can eat. If you're looking for a family full of love, toe beans, and personality, Carrotina, Rhubarbara, and their adorable crew are ready to meet you. Carrotina is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
