My story

Meet Siren! This beautiful medium-haired Tortie girl came to Heartland at the end of July from Chicago Animal Care and Control, where she had been turned in as an owner surrender, along with her beautiful friend, Mermaid. She is gentle, sweet, and always looking for some tasty wet food! She and her sister came in very skinny, so she is making up for lost time and always is ready for a snuggle! She is up-to-date on her FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, and she is FIV and FeLV negative. Siren has not been spayed yet but it is important to us that all of our animals are fixed and so we ask that you put down a $100 refundable deposit while we schedule a time to spay this sweetie. We will schedule, transport and ensure she is spayed and then refund you your deposit once completed. She is currently staying at our Heartland Facility! We are open Thursday 4pm-7pm, Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday Noon-6pm and Sunday Noon-6pm. Feel free to stop by to meet her! No appointment necessary.
