My story
Ghirardelli is an approximately 7 year-old, 65 lb shepherd mix. Like chocolate, this guy has layers—independent at first, but super sweet once he warms up. Once Ghirardelli knows you, he will lean into you and be yours forever. Ghirardelli loves to take his time exploring the world with his nose. Walks are part adventure, part investigation. He knows how to sit for treats and is a very smart guy. Even though he is older, this guy still has shepherd energy and loves chasing tennis balls. Ghirardelli is great with other dogs. He is respectful of their space, plays well, and issues appropriate corrections. If you’re looking for a Shepherd with personality, charm, and a soft spot for connection, Ghirardelli is your guy.
