My story

April was found in an apartment complex pool house having recently given birth to a litter of kittens on April Fool's Day.  What a way to kick off Kitten Season 2025!  She was a wonderful, caring mama cat, if a little defensive at times, until she realized her and her little fooligans were safe and sound in their new foster home.   She can be a bit of a bossy lady to some of the other cats in her current foster home, so she'll need slow, steady introductions if there are other pets in the house.  She's otherwise sweet, playful, affection, and glad that her motherhood days are finally behind her!  Finders Keepers Cat Rescue is a foster home-based rescue in Clarksville, TN, and our cats are in private foster homes in the Clarksville area. Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or have another cat already in the home. An adoption application is required to meet our kitties. Once your application is reviewed and upon approval, we will then provide the information to schedule a meet and greet with their foster.   We are a 100% volunteer run organization and have varying hours, as our volunteers work during the day, our goal is to process adoption applications within 24-72 hours, please be patient with us!
