My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Reese tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.A volunteer writes: Baby Reese has no idea how beautiful he is and even if he knew, I don't know how much he would care. That's fine. Navigating the shelter seems to take up a lot of space for this guy and, as I'm sure you can imagine, he has a pretty full plate. Lowering his head when we go to say hi, it's almost like Reese wishes we would forget he's there. But then we offer him pets and snacks and Reese realizes that maybe shelter life is ok, especially since it's bringing him one step closer to meeting you.
